The Kokotto Comeback is a musical project that was born out of open jam sessions during Josh Lawson's 2021 Thursday night residency at Hamilton, Ohio's local North 2nd Tap & Bottle Shop.  Josh joined up to sing and play electric guitar as a founding member of The Kokotto Comeback, a four-piece rock outfit that includes James Bown on drums, John Ecenrode on Bass, and Sean Jenkins on Lead Guitar.  If you catch them live you can expect a good old fashion rock show with a heavy blues, country and soul influence.   So far they've worked up a good number of original tunes to pair with a slew of covers ranging from The Allman Brothers to Etta James.  The band is currently working on cutting their debut album with hopes for a 2024 release.
